1 Introduction & Consent

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

35bat services are available exclusively to 18 years of age or older individuals. At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. 35bat may request official documentation for age verification at any time.

• Age verification may be required using a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Any account found to belong to a minor will be suspended immediately and deposited funds will not be refunded.
• Anyone found operating an account on behalf of a minor is also prohibited and subject to penalties.

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on 35bat can be made using Mobile Banking and Nagad, the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, it is typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• If you experience any issues with a deposit, please contact support with a screenshot of the transaction.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once completed, unless approved by 35bat under exceptional circumstances.
• Deposits made with fraudulent intent will result in the full balance being forfeited.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Winnings on 35bat can be withdrawn via Mobile Banking or Nagad. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal method used must match the payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed.
• 35bat reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bets placed at that moment will remain valid.
• If a bet is placed while odds are changing, the bet may be settled at the updated odds.
• 35bat's decision is final in all disputed bet cases.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 35bat platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or using bots.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bets.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's details.
• Filing false complaints or chargebacks against 35bat.

• If KYC verification has not been completed.

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, it will be returned after the applicable verification process — unless it is subject to forfeiture due to fraudulent activity.

35bat reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Accessing the platform after such changes automatically constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
